They were one of four dealerships I visited that allowed test rides, which was non-negotiable for my buying process, and they not only accepted my trade- they offered me double what I was trying to sell out right for it. "I rode my 17 Street Glide from California to Maine and was heading back to California. My check engine light came on early morning on the 25th of June 2021. I found the closest Harley dealer and it happened to be Triple S . I got there about 9 am and waited til 10 for them to open. I’m so sorry I don’t remember the names of the service staff that helped me but they were GREAT!! I explained my problem to the gentleman at the service counter and was expecting to be told I’d have to leave it and come back, but no!! He listened and said hang on a minute while I get a tech to check it out. The tech that helped me was very knowledgeable and did a diagnostic check and found the problem in a couple minutes, a O2 sensor. He said not to worry it would get me home. He then said “let me check the wiring, sometimes it comes loose” he removed the side cover, checked the wiring and put the cover back on. All for no charge!! I jumped on the bike and took off. I looked down at the panel and the light was off. I’m so impressed with this dealership!! EXCELLENT!!! Thank You so much!!" Overall Rating: Joe Reagle

"Very happy with them I got a flat tire coming home from Tennessee on 79. It was raining it was bad I called them and they were there. A lot of dealerships will not do that for you were civilian world to be stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire trying to get someone to help you. I called them they were there after over 400 miles I was home the same day. They installed a new rear tire whatever the bike make sure it was safe. "Bought a brand new 2020 street bob with ABS from Valley Harley in Wheeling. Only reason I went to Wheeling is because they beat the deal by $500 and had the bike in stock. At Triple S it would've taken atleast a week to get the bike in. I bought all my parts from Jody at Triple S. He's fantastic and very knowledgeable! Had Triple S install a stage 2 kit with torque cam and high performance lifters on my bike and it runs absolutely amazing! Only trouble i have is after I picked it up from them I went about 30 miles and now I have a check engine light on for an O2 sensor.
